Richmond County Sheriff Stephan Smith announced that his office arrested two alleged child predators in a single day, the result of what he described as numerous reports involving the sexual abuse and exploitation of children.
Smith said investigators invested significant time in ensuring those complaints were handled thoroughly and professionally, and that led to the arrest of two Warsaw residents on July 28.
Bradford Dale Embrey, 41, is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery of a child, abduction with intent to defile, and one count of committing an indecent act with a child while in a custodial role.

Brandon Alexander Burrell‑Rhone, 47, faces charges including two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child by a custodian, sodomy with a victim under age 13, and aggravated sexual battery with a victim under age 13.
Smith said both investigations remain active, and additional details cannot yet be released.
He also issued a direct warning to anyone who may be committing similar crimes.
“Although we may not have any reports or interactions with you yet, I promise you, when we do, every resource my officers and investigators have will be used to come for you.”
Smith urged anyone with information about these cases — or about any sexual predator in Richmond County — to contact his office.
“My office will not tolerate this type of behavior and will do our best to put them where they belong.”
