A Cumberland, MD man is in custody awaiting extradition to Virginia to face charges for making violent threats against two Alexandria judges. Alexandria Sheriff’s Office announced felony warrants were obtained for 53-year-old Lindolfo Pedraza of Cumberland. The driver accused of ramming a Virginia State Trooper during a pursuit across state lines on December 29 was identified as Naturi Michon Hayes of Elkridge, MD. Shortly before midnight a Virginia State Trooper was informed of a stolen vehicle in Alexandria. The trooper attempted to make a traffic stop but the driver’s refusal started a pursuit, according to VSP.
