Man awaiting extradition after ‘serious’ threats against NoVA judges
A Cumberland, MD man is in custody awaiting extradition to Virginia to face charges for making violent threats against two Alexandria judges.
Alexandria Sheriff’s Office announced felony warrants were obtained for 53-year-old Lindolfo Pedraza of Cumberland.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, judicial officers received several “threatening communications” prompting a criminal investigation. Due to “the serious nature of the threats,” Pedraza was charged with threats of death or bodily injury (two counts), obstruction of justice (two counts), harassment by computer (two counts), and stalking.
