2 Fairfax men arrested for shooting 2 teens in Alexandria

Two Fairfax men have been arrested and charged for the previously reported shooting of two teens in a car at N. Fayette and Wythe Streets in late September.

Alexandria Police Department said Fitzhugh Godwin, IV, 22, is charged with two counts of malicious wounding and one count of use of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Marcus Elliott, 28, is charged with two counts of malicious wounding, two counts of use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, one count of conspiracy to commit malicious wounding, one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle, and one count of violent felon in possession of a firearm.

Neither of the juveniles died, according to APD.
