VDOT is asking for feedback on existing travel conditions along Route 3 in the Town of Kilmarnock between Hawthorne Avenue and School Street.
The department is conducting a STARS study to address safety, congestion, access management, and bicycle/pedestrian needs within the study area.
Information gathered will help VDOT assess potential safety and operational improvements.
