
Virginia State Police are looking for a truck reportedly involved in a hit-and-run crash on Norris Bridge between Lancaster and Middlesex.
According to VSP, at around 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 1, a silver/gray truck towing a large white camper was heading westbound across the bridge toward Lancaster when it when it crossed the centerline and struck a van going in the opposite direction. The van hit another vehicle.

The collision between the latter two vehicles blocked both lanes, shutting the bridge down. VDOT didn’t announce the reopening of the bridge until almost 9 p.m.
The drivers of van and the third vehicle were transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The pickup truck with camper continued into Lancaster and went through the stoplight in White Stone at approximately 6:11 p.m.
