Herndon Police Department said this investigation removed this items from the Herndon community.

Weapons and over 100 rounds of ammunition were recovered amid the arrest of two juveniles, Herndon Police Department revealed.

Charges obtained against the juveniles thus far include:

Robbery
Use of firearm in commission of a felony
Felony destruction of property
Felony Firearm violation—subject to protective order
Wearing a mask in Public
Brandishing a firearm (x4)
Reckless handling of a firearm
Disorderly conduct
Possession of a firearm under 18
Protective order violation (x4)
Vehicle tampering
Vehicle trespassing

HPD didn’t give any details on the nature of the incidents involved or where the weapons recovered but revealed the arrest were made in December, and officers and detectives worked quickly to make those arrests.

HPD said the investigation is still underway. However, due to the ages of the offenders, the department will not release additional details.
