The traffic pattern on John Clayton Memorial Highway (Rt 3/14) in the bridge rehab zone at the Gloucester-Mathews county line will shift Wednesday, Aug. 13 sometime after 8 a.m., VDOT announced.

Traffic will start traveling on the rehabilitated bridge deck over Burke Mill Stream.
Signs, construction barrels, and new pavement markings will be added to guide drivers through the new traffic pattern.
Left turns out from Windsor Road onto Route 14 eastbound will continue to be prohibited in the work zone until all construction is complete in November 2025.
