No bond: Prince William police officer accused of victimizing woman twice

A Prince William Police Officer was arrested by his own department, and the 28-year-old is being held without bond after allegedly committing crimes against the same woman twice. According to Prince William Police Department the accused and victim knew each other but authorities didn’t elaborate on how. PWPD reported that following an investigation, investigators determined, on June 4, while on duty, James Clinton, of Woodbridge, was in a secured area of Potomac Mills talking to the female victim, who worked at the mall. Another Truist bank robbery in Leesburg, suspect arrested

Leesburg Police Department announced the man suspected of robbing Truist Bank this morning has been arrested. Fairfax, VA man identified and charged in armed road rage case

Maryland State Police announced a Fairfax County, VA man has been arrested after being identified as the suspect in an “armed road rage” case this winter. The incident dates back to February 2, which is when MSP says a report came in that a driver in a black Ford F-150 pointed a firearm at another motorist. This allegedly occurred in the area of Interstate 95 and Route 1 in Prince George’s County. Using dashcam footage, investigators identified the suspect as 34-year-old Joshua John Cook, said MSP. 3 shot in Alexandria, including teen. Police seeking answers

Alexandria Police Department revealed that what began as a shooting investigation is now a death investigation. Thursday evening, around 8: 14 p.m. APD was dispatched to the 1300 block of Wythe Street to respond to a report of shots fired. Initially, APD reported that two people were shot. But later stated the investigation revealed a third individual was injured, a 15-year-old boy. He was grazed by a bullet and was treated at the scene, APD disclosed. FBI offering reward for info on Truist bank robbery in Leesburg, VA

As the one-year mark approaches since a robbery at Truist Bank in Leesburg, police are making a renewed push for information from the public. The incident occurred at the Truist bank located at 1007 Edwards Free Rd. NE on October 2, 2023. And the suspect, described as a black male, remains unknown, Leesburg Police Department announced earlier this week. LPD has been circulating additional photos of the suspect along with an FBI wanted poster. “Someone knows who this individual is,” LPD said in a September 10 Facebook post, pointing out that the FBI is now offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to his arrest and conviction. Police are looking for the suspects or any information the public may have about a burglary at the Burberry Store at the Leesburg Premium Outlets. The incident occurred at approximately 1:57 a.m. on Tuesday, September 3 and involved several unidentified suspects, Leesburg PD says. “The suspects entered the store after breaking through a front window,” police say. A 17-year-old is in custody after a fatal shooting on Hulls Chapel Rd., Stafford Sheriff’s Office confirmed. Just after 11 p.m. on Sept. 4, SCSO said the office received numerous calls about a shooting. Callers stated that a man was shot and the suspect was fleeing in a Mustang. According to SCSO, First Sergeant D.W. Fetterolf and Deputy M.N. Sayegh were first to turn onto Hulls Chapel Road, and they saw a Mustang fleeing the area.
