The Virginia State Police Sex Offender and Firearms Investigative Unit is calling on the public to provide information that could help authorities find Sheldon Locke Davis.
Davis is a Tier 3 sex offense who status is currently listed as “absconder” and VSP said he is wanted on 4 counts of failing to re-register as a sex offender.
Davis last reported address is 8100 Wilderness Woods Lane in Rhoadesville, which is located in Orange County.
According to VSP, he has moved but it’s believed that he may still be living somewhere in Orange or a surrounding county. The date of his last registration renewal is listed as November 9, 2023.
Davis is a white male, stands 5’9”, and is reportedly 175 lbs. Davis is described as having brown hair with green eyes.
VSP’s offender registry lists Davis as having a November 1979 conviction of forcible sodomy from Portsmouth and a conviction for failure to register -false info in November 2002 from Orange County.
