Virginia State Police asking for tips on wanted Chesapeake woman

Virginia State Police is asking for the public’s help to locate a 27-year-old Chesapeake woman wanted for allegedly causing a fatal crash.

On December 30, in the early hours, Dominique Chi’qura Goodwin was driving a 2018 Volkswagen heading eastbound in the westbound lanes of I-64 in Norfolk and crashed head-on into a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox, according to VSP. The Equinox was driven Shelby Riddick Walker of Portsmouth who was killed instantly, authorities say.

Goodwin is facing an aggravated involuntary manslaughter charge. VSP said it has seen been trying to find Goodwin to arrest her, but those efforts have not been successful.

According to authorities, Goodwin’s last known address is the 500 block of B Street in Chesapeake.
