An arrest has been made in connection with a hit-and-run crash in Spotsylvania that claimed the life of a 20-year-old man on January 9. According to Lt. Colonel Delbert Myrick, preliminary findings show that around 10 p.m. that Friday night, Sameer Anwar was riding an e-bike equipped with lights eastbound on Courthouse Road when he was struck from behind by a burgundy GMC SUV.
