Virginia State Police has released additional information about 38-year-old Jason Fragale amid an continued effort to get the public to provide any information they may have. Last month, VSP and Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement issued a joint statement noting that Fragale has been linked to Leesburg, VA and Kissimmee, FL. He is facing 10 felony warrants in Loudoun County, VA. Half are for possession of child porn and half are for reproduction of child porn. A 16-year-old boy has been arrested and charged for the murder of another 16-year-old. According to Virginia Beach Police Department, the incident occurred in the afternoon on Tuesday. USDA is urging shoppers who bought certain batches of ground beef to throw it away or return it to the store where it was purchased. Cargill Meat Solutions recalled over 16,000 pounds of raw ground beef due to possible E.coli contamination. The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service said Cargill reported the issue claiming that “previously segregated product had been inadvertently utilized in the production of ground beef.” The affected ground beef was produced on April 26-27 and sold at Walmart, the USDA stated. Gloucester man prompts Sheriff to issue shelter-in-place alert

Yesterday, a 32-year-old Gloucester man on the loose prompted the Sheriff’s Office to issue a lockdown alert for people in certain areas of the county. Around 11 a.m. GCSO released a photo of Robert Paul Rosell Jr. stating he was believed to be on foot and considered armed and dangerous. People in the area of Lowneyville Lane and Pinetta Road were asked to shelter in place. Car trouble in Stafford led to the arrest of a man wanted in Maryland. On Thursday, April 11, First Sergeant N. Zotos was heading south on Richmond Highway near Layhill Rd. when, at around 5:45 a.m., he reportedly saw a car that was leaking fluid. Since the car was disabled in one of the lanes of Richmond Rd., Zotos was concerned about the possibility of an accident and approached the driver, SCSO reported.
