An 18-year-old has been hospitalized and is in critical condition after being shot by Virginia Beach Police. According to the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD), officers were dispatched to the 4600 block of Honeygrove Rd. on June 4 at approximately 8:41 a.m. after an individual reported that someone had pointed a gun at them. Officers located the suspect, later identified as Shaun Marlar of Virginia Beach, who was armed with a handgun, VBPD announced. Want Protection but not a Gun?
