5 stabbed at Spotsy car meet, 1 arrest

A 19-year-old from Fredericksburg is being held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail after five people were stabbed at an unorganized, unpermitted car meet. Early on Sunday, July 20, Spotsylvania deputies were dispatched to the 4800 block of Southpoint Parkway for a report of a stabbing. GAME TIME: Grand Theft Auto V | PC - Xbox - PS 4 & 5 Stafford County Sheriff’s Office described the scene as chaotic with people scrambling in various directions. Some of the stabbing victims had already made their way to the hospital but several were still at the scene.
