Wanted women, drugs, & gun lead to 4 arrested during Stafford traffic stop
Stafford Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies discovered an unlicensed driver, a gun, suspected drugs, and wanted people during one traffic that led to the arrest of four individuals.
According to SCSO, it was approximately 11 p.m. on January 10th and Deputy S.T. Myers was on I-95 South near the Warrenton Road exit when he clocked a vehicle traveling 85 mph in a 65 mph zone.
After running a check and determining that the registered owner had a suspended driver’s license for DUI, the Sheriff's Office said Myers conducted traffic stop near mile marker 131. Meanwhile, additional deputies were on the way.
While talking to the driver “not only were suspected controlled substances observed, but a firearm and radar detection device were as well,” SCSO reported.
