Suspect in Custody after Portsmouth Man Fatally Shot at Home

A day after a 47‑year‑old man was found shot inside his Portsmouth home, police announced an arrest and multiple charges. On Saturday, April 18, Portsmouth police responded to a report of a shooting in the 200 block of Mayflower Road. Officers found Christopher Blair suffering from gunshot wounds.
