What is BidenCash? Launched in March 2022, BidenCash quickly became a go-to platform for cybercriminals trading stolen credit card information and personally identifiable information (PII). Henrico Police announced the 2nd arrest linked to the fatal March 22 hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Airport Drive and Audubon Drive. What allegedly began as a high-speed chase in New Kent ended with the crash in Henrico claiming the life Luis Fernando Cac Caal, 29, of Sandston. On the evening of May 19, Samarion Ty’shon Seymour, 20, of Norfolk, turned himself into the Petersburg Bureau of Police.
