5 stabbed at Spotsy car meet, 1 arrest

A 19-year-old from Fredericksburg is being held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail after five people were stabbed at an unorganized, unpermitted car meet. Early on Sunday, July 20, Spotsylvania deputies were dispatched to the 4800 block of Southpoint Parkway for a report of a stabbing.
